Following services
Helical piles are square or round shaft galvanized steel piles that screw into the ground. They are incorporated into other foundation elements like footings, pile caps or structural slabs and can provide load and/or uplift capacities up to 100 tons or more per pile
When your home is settling, there is only one way to bring the foundation back up to the original level. When your doors and windows start to fit tight or brick and stucco show cracking at corners, a repair is necessary to prevent further and more costly damage.
Helical piers can be bolted directly to a 6×6 or custom timber. We maintain the ability to fit brackets that are built to the correct height, and fit without compromise or sweat.
For verification of compression or tension loads, our team is prepared to conduct a pile load test as per ASTM D1143 “Quick Test” to verify the axial deflection of a pile.
Has your home settled, or do you need a contractor to assist in your decision making? We have the ability to measure your floor or foundation to the nearest 100th of an inch over a wide area. Our reports show general layout dimensions, and height differences over the concerned area.
